This Californication snippet includes Henry Rollins, Hank Moody, South of Heaven, Seasons in the Abyss, God Hates Us All, blogging, LOL, LMFAO & self-loathing.
It seems it ain't an April fools' hoax after all but Modern Life Is War states they wrote an album last year, to be released on Deathwish Inc.
In the meantime, wreck your neck:
A lot can be said about the "Spring Breakers" movie but let's leave that to the internetz.
Gucci Mane & Waka Flocka Flame - Young N*ggaz
Britney Spears - Everytime
Here's Arnold Schwarzenegger in some kind of fantasy forest.
Deftones - Pink Maggit
That new top level domain (TLD) name thing, ridiculous.
What an incredibly sad attempt at tricking the corporate marketing departments in spending insane amounts on a zillion domain names. Net neutrality has taken some serious blows these last few years. Full time job for DNS admins and SSL certificate admins?
Somebody quickly register the localhost or localdomain namespace...
ICANN are bunch of fools.
Renumbering TV channels on your Telenet digicorder is a b*tch. Yelo feature request (if this isn't already possible). And what's taking so long about the Android Yelo app?
I'm separated 50 kms from every Alkaline Trio album in my possession. Sucks.
The Lemuria euro winter tour isn't happening. Still bummed for this.
The other half of the tour package, Make Do And Mend, is looking for a replacement band.
New MDAM full length next month ("End Measured Mile"). Hellasiked for this.
If you slept, wake up.
Here's a video of MDAM @ Sound&Fury 2010.
"Do your hands shake when you think of the ways we lived?
Does your heart ache just to turn back the pages again?"
Dinner For Schmucks, not my favourite Steve Carell movie but can't help but smile whenever I see this guy. The Switch, featuring probably the most annoying Friends actress and Arrested Development besketenheid icon Jason Bateman. The little fella in this movie rules.
"It doesn't really matter how my day has turned out, I always end up living in this world of doubt". Listen to Bad Religion.
Last weekend, I was the brokest guy at this luxury lifestyle event.
Jewelry, interior decoration, golf club resort travel agents, ...they wanted you to see.
What I saw was old guys - a crutch on the left, a phat-assed black girl on the right, gelkop yuppies with multi-salary watches, champagne addicted desperate housewives...
.be celeb ranking: Els Tibau (omfg) / Joke Van de Velde (omg) / Virginie Claes (2010 - year of the behind) / Ilse De Meulemeester / Daisy Van Cauwenbergh.
Youtube serves over 2 billion views a day. This 12-year old boy performs an amazing Lady Gaga cover.
Groezrock 2010, still too disappointed by the STD cancellation to write a decent review. The festival area dust cloud was without a doubt bigger, thicker and unhealthier than the volcano ash cloud above Europe. --- Traffic jams, corn field parking lots, lack of veg food, cold nights, germans/ollanders, dust yeti taking a bite out of my license plate, green tosi peppers +++ pit_vs_festivalgevoel.gif, Bouncing Souls, Face To Face, 88 Fingers Louie, Defeater (despite the crappy sound), Bad Religion, Strike Anywhere. Props to the AFI performance. The Millencolin setlist could have been a lot worse, still sounded uninspired. Wish I saw/heard more of Lit. The Zebrahead merch guy called me "buddy". I'm not a big Zoli/Ignite fan but Pennywise was awesome. Picked up a Midtown & Gaslight Anthem CD + the new Defeater EP. No Tigers Jaw or Make Do And Mend stuff :-(
Speaking of TJ. TIGERS JAW - CHEMICALS.
+ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aM5AISq2qN8 (I Saw Water cover by a lesbian in a Floorpunch sweater). Excellent taste in covers: Jawbreaker, Lemuria, Rocky Votolato, NFG, Vanessa Carlton...
The new Far album - At Night We Live - will be released in a month.
